Information you give us: when you request a valuation, book a viewing, make an enquiry, or subscribe to our Market Pulse market report, we collect your name, email address, phone number, property address and any details you choose to share about your property or requirements. To respond to your enquiry, provide a valuation and deliver our estate agency services (steps taken at your request and our legitimate interest in running our business). To send you the Market Pulse report where you have subscribed (your consent, withdrawable any time). To improve and secure our website and understand how it is used (our legitimate interest, and your consent for non-essential cookies). To comply with our legal obligations, including anti-money-laundering checks required of estate agents.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted providers as needed: GoHighLevel (our CRM, which stores and manages enquiries); Google, Microsoft and Meta (website analytics and advertising measurement — see Cookie Policy); Vercel (hosting) and Sanity (content management); professional partners relevant to your transaction (for example conveyancers or referencing providers) and the wider Keller Williams network where you ask us to; regulators or law enforcement where legally required.
Only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected and to meet our legal and regulatory obligations (including estate-agency and anti-money-laundering record-keeping), after which it is securely deleted.
